Tentative Timetable
Abstract submission deadline: May 1st
Notification of acceptance: May 31st
Paper submission deadline: August 15th
Registration fee payment: August 15th

Pre-registration
Authors who intend to contribute to the conference are invited to preregister in advance to receive timely announcements, and to help us better prepare.

Abstract Submission
Authors are invited to submit extended abstracts of 3-5 pages with preliminary results, key figures and references. Abstracts should clearly state the purpose of the study, the methodology employed, and should begin with a short summary. Please refer to the Author's Guide in preparing your manuscript. Abstracts are accepted online. The uploaded files should be in pdf format.

Journal Publication
The extended abstracts submitted to the conference will be evaluated by the scientific committee for publication in the open access Journal of Physics: Conference Series (JPCS). The selected papers are published only if the authors pay the additional publication charge.
